Return, Refund, Exchange Policy
Once an order has been placed through the website, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
Please be sure to report any issues with your order within 10 days of the delivery date to ensure proper resolution. Any issue reported outside of the specified time frame may result in store credit.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been submitted, no edits or cancellations can be made.
Please Note: Bconscious Naturals is unable to honor any edit/cancellation requests through any customer support channels.

Purchases Made Through Retailers
Please contact the store where you purchased your products for a return or exchange. Bconscious is unable to provide a return or exchange for a purchase made through a retailer.
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Damaged or Faulty Products?
If you have received damaged or faulty items, please provide details (including photos) within 7 days of when you received the items. We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly. Please include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly.
Missing or Incorrect Items?
We understand receiving complete and correct order is important to you; it’s equally important to us! We do absolutely everything possible to ship and deliver your order on time and in good condition.Please contact our support team with photos showing all the items that you've received (so we can confirmed the item that is missing) within 10 days so we can organize replacements for missing products. Please include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly.
Did you change you mind about our product?
