Our small business takes pride in creating high-quality, natural handmade products. Please allow 3-7 working days for us to process your order, though we often strive to get it done sooner.Time frame for shipping is 2-3 days for domestic packages within the USA,and 3-10 Days for international packages.This does not include weekends & holidays. Your patience is truly appreciated.
Order Confirmation:
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email will include your order details, so please review it carefully to ensure accuracy. If you do not receive an email within a few minutes of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us via email .
Processing & Shipment Notification:
You will receive a second email once your order has been processed and shipped. This email will include tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your package as it makes its way to you.
Shipping Methods:
We currently offer standard shipping or express expedited shipping  for all orders. If you have specific shipping requirements

Shipping Costs:
Free shipping on all USA orders above $160. You can view the shipping costs during the checkout process before completing your purchase.International shipping varies by country.

We offer USPS Ground standard shipping & Express Delivery options for PO box addresses & U.S. military base locations available
International Shipping:
We offer international shipping standard and express shipping.Choose the appropriate shipping according to your needs.Please understand that this includes a longer shipping time ranging from 5-10 business day .Processing and shipping time is NOT the same.Please reach out to your carrier for updates once you receive a notification that your package has shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Bconscious Naturals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.We strongly encourage all of our customer to protect their package with ROUTE protection at check out to insure your order is protected due to lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and location that the package is being mailed to is a secure location.. If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Customs/Import taxes
International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Bconscious Naturals is not responsible for any delays due to customs.
