Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery estimates begin after processing and are not guaranteed by the carrier.

International Shipping

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
International delivery times may vary due to customs.

Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If your package is delayed or marked delivered but cannot be found, please check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier first.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, we’ll work quickly to provide an appropriate replacement, store credit, or refund.

Address Changes
Please review your shipping address before placing your order. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Address changes are not guaranteed once processing has begun.

100-Day Results Guarantee
We want you to feel confident trying Bconscious Naturals.
For best results, use your product consistently as directed. If you are not satisfied after completing the recommended 90-day routine, contact us within 100 days of delivery.
To review your request, we may ask for your order number, a brief description of your experience, and before-and-after photos when available.

Unopened Products
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and purchased directly from Bconscious Naturals.

Opened Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened products are not eligible for a standard return. However, they may qualify under our 100-Day Results Guarantee when used consistently as directed.
Irritation or Allergic Reactions
If you experience irritation or an allergic reaction, stop using the product and contact us within 7 days. Photos may be requested so our team can review your concern and assist you.

Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after approval.
Original shipping charges, Route Package Protection, customs fees, and return shipping costs are nonrefundable.

The 100-Day Results Guarantee is limited to one approved claim per product, customer, or household and applies only to purchases made directly from Bconscious Naturals.
